LOL i'm gonna be a rich man before the day is out at this rate... Is it possible to go as low as that for an advert
You can get lower than that if your smart priced. I have seen clicks as little as 1/2 cent on some sites.
Seems like you are traveling the world of Paid To Click advertising. Unfortunately 1 cent per click is good money there. The average has dropped to about one quarter of a cent this year because so many of these sites have tried to get in on the wagon and saturated the ad market. The secret to making money of any worthwhile amount with these places is to build up a downline of referrals so that you get paid a percentage of what they do as well. If you want more info about this and smart talk about the good ones and the scams, check out PTC Talk Forum.
I had a similar click few days ago too. It depends on the niche and how targeted the ads are (in fact, the ads on the site where i got the click were not targeted at all since i still haven't worked on it, left it as it is for now since i acquired the site). Playing a bit with section ads will definitively help to better target the ads.
I started out like that. As I worked on the quality of my site, over time my cpc got better. I 'm up to .25 per click on some sites and every now and again I get those 2.00 clicks
lol, Probably you are smartpriced.. just wait for a few days and meanwhile, add some content to your site.
Wooo buddy, with all the cash you'll be raking in maybe you could buy me a cup of coffee in about 6 months.
i used to be like that and i think worst than u ...i earn only 0.2 at 2 months ,but with help and suggestion all friend in this forum ,begin increase my earning but still low ..LOL from 0,2 aday up to 0,50 and the highest i got 2 $ ..
It really depends on your niche and the amount of competition. You are getting paid based on the bids by advertisers so if you want high earnings per click target your pages with keywords that have tons of RICH advertisers.
I can't seem to get into that PTC site. What's it about? Is that where you can sign up to click other people's ads and they pay you? If it is, that sounds interesting. I guess if people can pay to digg articles, why not pay people to click your ad? man, what will people think of next to cheat a system
