While upgrading we lost some data from the billing/client area. I'm sorry but you can still submit support tickets without logging in.

 

No, I have submitted about 5 tickets, and no response.
Now I can do nothing because the system doesn't recognize my email.

Sir thats not true. This is the only client out of all of ours that is having problems.

 

It's got nothing to do with "unlimited". It may well be unlimited.

Has anyone went with this guy yet and have they any good or bad experiences? From what i have read, I only see one negative. I was also wondering where he gets his hosting at for being able to resell for so cheap, because nowhere that i have found have those kind of packages....any comments please!!! So i know if i should or not, because i am thinking about it, but somewhat nervous about. I have done a whois on it and checked a few things on him.

I can't log in to the client area. I do not know the url of the cpanel to try.
I can't submit a ticket either.

How many websites can be hosted with one reseller account?
Any thing different between "master resller plan" and "ressler plan"?
How many mysql databases are allowed?
Do you offer SSH?The version of cpanel?Is the coupon code expired now?

Unlimited Sites can be hosted on every plan (shared,reseller,master). The master reseller allows you to sell reseller hosting. In addition you get unlimited MYsql DB's and SSH. We have the latest version of cpanel, v11.
