    can any one help


    mine is wp blog just installed seo plugins

    Just try to use our DP Tool for finding a proper keyword.Then build links with that as anchor.

    when you applied on site seo to your site, you must focus on backlink building for your site

    I would suggest you to goto your Index.php and make changes into your meta tags. As most wordpress plugins for SEO use same Keywords for most of the posts(mostly keywords they use is Category name)

    While according to my expereince, Ever post should have its own keywords and description. Thats something very important and is missing in most of SEO plugins available on the web, there are good too.
