After 5 months my site has been lauched, I see some increase in organic traffic, about 35 per day from google and yahoo mainly. I guess its not enough.
Since I don't have knowledge in this, I like to ask your help. If you would take a look at my site and make some suggestions what I could do for SEO.
    Thanks in advance.

Well, for a start, you really should remove that invisible text in the bottom left of the page. Google will ban your site for trying to pull that.

Ditto, you are lucky you have not be banned yet.

Also take "100%" out of your website title. No one searches for "100% Free Classified Ads". They do however search for "Free Classified Ads".

    Just for starters.

"Free Classified Ads" is very competitive. Thats why I choosed it. I will change it, as you said.

I am new to search engine optimization myself, but would I be in the wrong to recommend SEO URL's for your site?

It's not whether VISITORS will see that, it is whether SEARCH SPIDERS will view it.

Remember you are designing a web site for two 'people'. One is your visitor and the other is the search spider..

Thats a good way of seeing it.

I have changed the title as you guys suggested. Also removed the invisible text. Thank you.

I got that part well taken care of. Got links on yahoo directory, alive, aviva, directorydump total 12 PR5+ directories. Many free ones.
Also links from articles, working on that daily basis. I have hired someone dedicated for that.
Anything else I can do, as per SEO specially.

One good side of the site is dynamic content creation from posts. But I have lot of outgoing links from posts, I dont use NOFOLLOW attribute.
