If it's got a good beat I like it. If it's country and or western not so much...but hold on, I am a sucker for a good banjo solo
I like Rock & Roll and Blues. I listen to a bit of everything, but I always turn back to those two as my main types of music.
The first bit of music i was into was pop, mainly backstreet boys and that lot... I then went to a different school and started smoking a lot of weed. Got into Jungle and garage. Then i started DJing and had to play a bit of everything. Then it was bashment and a lot of grime. Then it was the age of raving. I guess now day i listen to everything from electro to opera. But i guess majority of the songs i like falls into urban category... hip hop, garage, rnb, dnb, jungle, reggaeton etc Yet again... I do like a bit of old techno/trance... lol i guess my taste is quite broad. -edit- You can tell im a professional write by the repetitive use of "i guess".
Em...my taste of music? I would say i love individual performance. Me singing Dance with my father (tribute to luther vandross) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXVrnv7gnVQ
I love indie music, Starsailor, The Verve, Oasis, Kaiser chiefs, Artic Monkeys, The fray - you get the picture - I also like alot of house music as well.
I'm into hardcore punk - bands like Champion, Agnostic Front, FC Five etc. Also, bands like Extortion, Jaws, Knife Fight who are a fair bit faster.

I compose myself from time to time. That's part of "The Ballad of Reading Gaol" by Oscar Wilde I composed with my 15 years old Ensoniq "EPS 16+" synthesizer (but please note that it's a very sad song): http://www.compactech.com/blacklemon/The_Ballad_of_Reading_Gaol.pdf http://www.compactech.com/blacklemon/The_Ballad_of_Reading_Gaol.mp3 Janis Joplin's laugh is at the background.
