Do any of you guys recommend an offshore hosting company where I can put stuff on a webpage and wouldn't be affected by USA laws thanks in advance

I don't think that's going to escape you with the US laws. If you are a citizen, you can get into trouble if you are doing something shady or illegal.

search around goog for bulletproof chinese hosting. you can find guys that wont even disclose their location in china.
also Offshore hosting from malaysia is also good.. i dont remember the site exactly but there was one good one.
Dont believe anyone who says something is untraceable as it will always be traceable given enough time, effort and money. The reality is that most the time it isnt considered worth the time, effort and money to trace a spotty teenager who has set up a website distributing low quality pirate movies etc. You will not escape US law simply by having your site elsewhere but may slow down how long it is before it goes off line. Without knowing if it is child pornography or Jihad training you are wanting to create a site about it is hard to say in which country it is legal for you to post such material

Most offshore webhosts offer domain registration on there behalf (so the domain is registered the them)
In Bermuda there are a good data center but you must incorporate a society there. You can try Panamá, Costa Rica... The problem of offshore is the slow connection and the DDoS attacks. Holland has got good law to it, it is like offshore hosting
