Firstly, I was NOT the one who did leads. It was the users in my site and I did what i can do to prevent fraud leads.

Secondly, just because Kelly posted that info does not mean it is true.

Thirdly, Kelly is replying because the reputation of RevU is getting hit, I know there is already a lot of RevU publishers stepping to other networks after reading this post.

this is a tough situation to take sides on. But in all common sense logic, if the company was making money off your leads, they woudln't ban you, they would rather you keep the leads coming in for years to come and make them 10x as much money as they would from one "scam"

But one thing I must say..why did RevU wait until practically payday to advise you of the fraudulent activities?

Doesn't the company have an ongoing review process. That does look strange. According to you...there was numerous communication with RevU and they waited till such time. Does look abnormal.

Ha ha, You don't know about incentive market. Its already dying and RevU will be soon out of business.

Everyone in the internet is looking to make quick buck.

I bet that they are NOT going to last for years together. They will most probably buy a mansion and buy a Ferrari and settle down in some place.

If your claims are legitimate you need to contact a lawyer and stop hurting yourself by resorting to name calling. This is business not a playground. You play but adult rules. Be smart, stop acting like a child.

In addition you could contact could contact the FTC, the Better Business Bureau, Ic3, NFIC, and file a police report. Just because something is online doesn't mean you can't take it offline.

If I had known that thing earlier, I would have never worked with them.

I haven't had such situation in CJ as for now. But henceforth I guess there is nothing wrong in expecting it.

We have to promote advertisers for peanuts and still we get screwed in the end.

I wouldn't take that lying down. For $75,000 !!!! I would be calling my attorney the next day, and filing a suit. $75,000 lost in commission is a huge loss.

attack is best way for defense , so they call you fraud before you call them.
unless RevU can proof the fraud

If you really did get scammed (which is the VERB for the word fraud people ) for such an amount [$55,000-$75,000], than I am sure your company or yourself can afford a nice attorney to represent your case!

I think this problem could only be solved by lawyers, no reason to attack on each on the forums. (It won't solve anything)

RevU paid me out..then again I've only earned about $8 with them.

A lot of networks are complaining about fraudulent leads and such, Maxbounty has stopped accepting new incentive sites!

It's the CC offers that cause all the problems with incentive affiliates.

You just need to REALLY regulate your members.

    Tradeepak,

Nobody said you were terminated because you frauded the offers, you were terminated because you clearly do NOT monitor fraud on your website. You make it seem like you did nothing wrong because you didn't fraud, but what you did was worse. Your website has the worst fraud our company has EVER seen, out of over 1500 affiliates. That is NOT something to be proud of. I don't know if you don't know how to catch fraud, or you simply think that you will just get paid for it, but you clearly are not doing anything to stop or prevent it, and in turn you caused us to not be paid on several things and you forced many of our campaigns to be down. We were alerted to your fraud after we were asked about the influx of leads on Sales Magic, the advertiser was concerned. Sure enough, more than 75% of the recent leads had come from YOU. That campaign was NOT a good performer for incentive sites either, because it costs much more than it pays out, which was where the suspicion came from. Sure enough it turns out almost every single lead on that campaign from you was fraud. After that [which happened to be at the end of the month] your account was terminated and we started a formal investigation. It was then, as Kelly has said, that we found the atrocious amount of fraud that you have been bringing in. You then threatened us and have been nothing but rude to us - which is typical of people who know their money was not fairly earned and you are trying to be aggressive and have us just pay you. We don't work like that. If you had taken some time to monitor your users this would have never happened, but obviously you didn't think fraud was important enough to actually do anything about stopping or preventing it. And when you say the incentive market is dieing, it certainly is for people like you who allow disgusting amounts of fraud in and expect to get away with it. However for people who actually know how to run a site and do prevent fraud, the market is thriving just as it always has been and will be.

    FMS,

I have told you that we are reviewing your account, and we are waiting for replies from a few more places. Your IP has several completions on several offers which is fraud. You can try to cover it up whatever way you want, but the real reason you have been so antsy if because you are in the midst of selling your website. Maybe you should have thought about that before committing fraud on offers and doing them over and over.
