Convert this into Web 2.0 for $100 in less than 10 hours

Convert this into Web 2.0.
Change the layout.
An example would be www.hitchsters.com . Its just an example.
Don't worry about the logo. Just put it in the same way using bubble font.

Best design wins. I have to like the design to pay but trust me I really wanna pay because this is an emergency and a good design will make my day.

If you can code it, awesome. Otherwise It has to be on a web server somehow (maybe even as a big graphic file) but doesnt have to be functional. Just look pretty if you know what I mean.
