Selling rights for ebooks?

I was wondering where I can get ebooks where I can get reselling rights?
Also how do I know if it's legal to resell them since I have alot of ebooks
and doesn't state anything

I have a few if you're interested. They will usually state right in the book if you can resell them.

 

I wanted to ask exactly the same question.
For example if i buy books on eBay with resell or even master resell rights and i do not get any proofs that i have resell rights then how will i know if i really can resell this books or any other producs such as software?

How does somebody know?

 

i know i bought my ebook at networkmktg101.com from somebody and i was able to resell it. read the introduction on the ebook and it should say something like you have reselling right to it
