Is it normal that after 4 months a site still has no page rank assigned to it or rather a rank of 0.

I have requested many links although many have not shown up yet when queried under line:sitedomain.

    Just looking for input.

The age of your site does not effect PR, it's all down to backlinks.

To even reach PR1 you would need a good few PR2 or 3 backlinks.

What's your domain, and I'll analyze it.

Your site was probably too young for the last update. Continue to build your links and your PR will increase when the next update comes along. Use Yahoo's site explorer to check your links

Try submitting these free directories. That will help you build links.

Did you submit the site to Google and Yahoo site submit? If not I suggest doing that. Also make sure you get at least one link from a high PR (5 or higher) site.

Just keep building back links and you will be fine. The new update has not happened and the last one was updated prior to the start of your site. You should see some PR of you have done a good job at building links.
