I've been able to get top rankings for better keywords, Michael

 

I'm not saying you didn't, just that it's a good keyword with a high KEI, should be very profitable if you get your own site ranking there

 

we do not setup our own sites competing with clients sites/keywords, Michael even if it means loosing a high-profit earning opportunity
