Hi there, cctv72! Could you provide the DPers with a link so that everybody can see how it works? Thanks in advance.
Can I have a look at it? This post of yours, cctv72, is rather interesting. I hope you have finished the setups already.
Man, this video fever is like an online gold rush! Everybody wants a piece of the action, everyone wants exposure and things like that via video usage.
Tell me about it! I see more and more blogs, sites, even social networks using and offering video recording possibilities and services. I mean, this is the future - video blogging, video ads, sales letters with like two sentences written and a video. The people that do not realize that should better stick this into their heads and remember it. Video is here, Video is there, Video is every f.....g where!
And if you need even more proof of this, this is "supposedly" a large reason why the major ISP players are fighting for non-Net Neutrality. They claim that video is taking up so much bandwidth that they are actually going to have to pay to upgrade the infrastructure. Then of course, they want to make you pay a premium so that people can access your site. I feel so bad that these poor little mega-corporations are being treated so unfairly...having to put out additional money in order to secure their monopoly...or would that be collusion?....or racketeering? Hmmm...not sure which (or perhaps all)... At any rate, they blame the influx of video on the web for chewing up all of the bandwidth.
That is one interesting point of view! We'll have to wait and see how things will turn out. One thing is 100% sure, though, it is going to be a hell of a lot fun!
the funny thing is that some companies like site pal are trying to emerge on the video software market with weird looking cartoon characters. But maybe this just their way of being unique.
They seem intrusive and annoying but i see such features on many sites these days! Maybe they have an effect on people, who knows?
Video has already entered the web world and yet there are a lot of people who think skeptically. Like with all the new trends. There are always people for and against.
