    Its all so confusing, some say update started, some said update finished. I think I am going to stop reading all this.

    I am sure when it will really be update for everyone...there will all threads booming... My site went PR4...PR5 or PR6 or PR3...

    I've noticed that Google is taking away PageRank from pages that they've added to the Supps that recently had PageRank. Several of my recent July blog posts that were due for an update still show PR N/A. Also, an already established SEO firm in San Diego had several pages drop to the "other" index due to sidebar duplicate content (opinion). This update is a major overhaul of the main index. Just read the latest from Matt Cutts about a minty fresh index. Bad news for many site owners I'm afraid.

    PR's updating. Mine site now has a PR12. Alot of work has been put in to it to get this though. lol.

    I can't see any changes yet, and I only went on this thread by mistake. Never again lol. Couldn't read it all and if I did I will probably be sleeping at the computer in a few minutes into it.

    "it's updating"
    "I can't see nothing updating yet"
    "my sites are updating"
    "etc..." Zzzzzzzzzz

    lol

    Anyway, hope you all get some good PR increases including me when it comes round to my sites.

    Pare, what Matt Cutts is talking about is indexing speed only. He doesn't even hint at rearranging the SERPs.

    BTW, this superfast indexing of blog posts is something Technorati have been doing for years. Matt Cutts only gives blogs as examples of superfast indexing (as opposed to regular web pages). It's nothing but propaganda from a Google employee.
