May depend on the actual name. AdsenseSupport.com for example may be cracked down on. Something like AdSensei.com would pass easily. Care to share which domain name you have?

With any domain where there MAY be an issue like that, the question is really how much effort and energy do you want to put into something that another company might have the right to claim as infringement.

You may be OK, but it might be better to get something you know is safe so your efforts aren't wasted in the long run.

Doesn't look intuitive enough to be confused for a legit Google Adsense Site.
Are you planning to run Adsense related stuff on it?

Sedo has over 15 pages of domains for auction which have Adsense in their name. Your one is not intuitive as already mentioned so may not be worth as much. It is not illegal though to own or sell . It may be an issue if it made itself out to be a legit Google Adsense site.)

BTW, here are some of the sites on sale on Sedo (you can search yourself for the other 15 pages worth):
    adsense.info
    adsense.es
    adsense.tv
    adsenseprofit.com
    adsenseguide.com
    adsenseprofit.com
    .
    etc.

It is not illegal (as in a criminal offense) however as it contains what is almost certainly a registered trademark and therefore google potentially could seize it as well as recover assets if they desired via the courts.

Google only acquired the adsense.com domain towards the end of last year.

It would be interesting to see if they acquired the trademark rights as well from the original owners.

Ironically, the original owners of Adsense.com had this on their website when Google decided to use the term "adsense" :
“If you think you can get rich quick placing other people’s ads on your site or blog, please contact Google who has taken and used our business name without permission or compensation."
