    I am afraid it is - in my case the least : my new web site got new PR on all data centers, but the old one had backlink update with no pr change

    It's a very safe bet that when this Update actually finishes, pages like this on Matt Cutts blog will not be PR0:

    What he was saying is that the actual post he referenced was still a PR0, but you are talking about the homepage which is a PR7, I think you have got a bit confused.

    Are you smoking crack or what here? The last page on Matt's blog to get PageRank was from April 2nd... everything after that is PR0, and as I said, if they haven't gotten PR yet, then it is a pretty safe bet that the update is not over.
