Based on a suggestion by Obelia http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=4051351&postcount=14 I would like to compile a list of foreign-language directories which also accept English websites in the world category, and vice versa.

what I would want is
Primary Language: English
Directory Title: JoDees Web Directory

Category to submit a foreign Language Site: http://www.jodeeswebdirectory.com/Regional_Country/

Ask! you left out a couple of things like language and site name
