I'm working on setting up deep links and once the PageRank update is done I will be able to breath again. I'm expecting between PR 3-4 for my five new directories. Everyone is waiting to see as with every PR update.
Lol, almost half the people who have posted on this thread are waiting for the PR update to happen so they can start over with all the advertising, promotion, selling links etc. I'm also waiting for the update
I have noticed boost up in traffic in my major directories, ED and allinfodir.com are getting huge traffic and submissions are being approved in both. For my new directories, still waiting for PR update, then can announce them.
I am also expecting to get Pr5 or Pr6 for my paid directory. Have plans on full time promotion ... all the money i make will be invested back in promotion of my ensure directories network.
Hi all Now the bank link of sites is updated. I checked the back link of my site. They are mostly from articles. Can I know which directories are useful (Must get back link).
The traffic on my directory http://www.dirjournal.com has been pretty consistent. About to reach 1400 listings Alexa has been improving Google shows 3000+ back links and Yahoo shows 100,000+ Serps have also been improving Just waiting for the PR update!

traffic is way up . I went up 200k in alexa this month. My bidding directory lauches this month as well.
Damn nice! Mind sharing what period that was taken for? Weekly, Monthly? Gives the rest of us something to aim for I will update the thread on my web directory a little later in the month, have a few things I want to get finished first.

Ok, well I said I would be back to give an update on Directory Share Web Directory, so here it is I have just released a new look homepage with icons developed here in the contests forum. In addition we have added a custom Page Rank bar which is displayed beneath the thumbnails on the category pages. Plus lots of other little tweaks and enhancements. My business partner and I have been working hard on the category structure, we trimmed out a few dead end cats and have been going through adding unique content and tags for each category. Still not 100% complete on that task but should be by the end of the month. Our Alexa rank is still dropping, we are now under 80k and hoping to improve it further this month. I am hoping to get some free templates coded this month, although malcolm1 keeps me so damn busy its hard to find the time. I also have a couple of mods which are in testing at the moment and will be released in the coming weeks. Also, just noticed a lot of my new inner pages such as Latest Articles have just switched from PR N/A to the white bar, hopefully a sign of something to come!
Noticed Google Pagerank update for categories that were forgotten or missed by Google during last update. So eg. www.linkforever.net/Finance/ was PR 3 before April, then PR 0 after last update and PR 4 after 1st of August. www.linkforever.net/Directories/ was PR 3 before April, then PR 0 after last update and PR 4 after 1st of August. (all next pages with PR2) It's really weired, never noticed before, as we're all still waiting for update.
