Hey guys, I'm looking a website with earnings of $1/day minimum. Looking to purchase at a month or so revenue. Not looking for proxy websites though.

Please post or PM me offers. :)

(Is $1/day for a month of revenue too much to ask?)

Most sites go for about 10 months revenue as a baseline so 1 month is quite low.

a month revenue is about what proxies go for. More stable sites can go anywhere from 6-18 months revenue (from what i've seen).

Jeff, I do have a lot of these $1 a day type sites. Now, some people like to sell them at 10-12x monthly income. I do not. Reason being:

It is more realistic to sell a $10 per day site for $3650 (1 year income)

    Then

a $1 per day site being sold for $365 (Again 1 Year Income)

because of the base costs of the website, design, content, link building, SEO work, traffic and whatever else it takes to get it to that point.

Above all, it is much easier to take a $1 per day earning sit to $5 a day or $10 a day since most of the work has already been done

compared to a site with zero earning, zero traffic, zero SEO, zero links.

Just my 2c. As I said, I have a lot of these $1 per day type sites, but I would consider to sell them not based on the earnings only. It would be a base price + the revenue. If that is something you would be interested in, lets talk.
