Hi i have someone trying to hack into my account unsing a proxyscript. His ip is 74.53.243.34 which resolves to theplanet.com this is 2nd time in 30days that someone tries to login to my account here. This ip has also found my username on another forum and tried the same. Pretty lame... They probly use it to spam forums or what not... Can you peeps ban this ip ? Or should i contact the host? Thanx
Another member reported similar attempt from same IP this morning. 74.53.243.34 I suggest all members of DP use a strong password for their DP account and do not use that password on any other account.
Hi Some idiot here is trying to hack my account. I guess it's because I've won a couple of contest here, and he thinks he can steal my money. So my question is, is there anything I can do to prevent him from succeeding? If you admins/mods can do anything to prevent this user from trying to hack my account, his ip is 74.53.243.34 And if the person is viewing this topic, please don't waste your energy on this, if you want to make money, buy yourself a photoshop/illustrator license and get into learning. Thanks, Jake
Can I ask how you know someone is trying to hack your account? I would just suggest changing your password regularly, like once a week.
DP is emailing me with an ip address of the person trying to log in to my account. It's happened 3 times before.
i bet the owner of that proxy site is a member here too. might be worth looking up the members that use that site to login with there own account
Hi All, I got the following email. I guess somebody is trying to get into my account. What happens if they succeed?
Hi, someone is trying to login to my account, and this is the 2nd times in less then 24 hours that I receive this message, can you please ban this IP Dear A-L_E-X, Your account on Digital Point Forums has been locked because someone has tried to log into the account with the wrong password more than 5 times. You will be able to attempt to log in again in another 15 minutes. The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 74.53.243.34
Your account gets hacked, what else? It has happened in the past, but be careful with your password. Don't have an easy to guess password.
Everyone who has experienced this; Have you guys made any money from stuff, using this forum to locate customers? Cos I think this guy is after our money =/
