A trick to get indexed and rank high on MSN

Anybody else with any results they can report? I am going to set it up on one site now and see what happens.

If you need tricks to get indexed and ranked well on MSN, you need to work on your basic SEO tactics.

 

I just tried it and it looks like this :
Christian Music"><a href="http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=www.freechristmusic.com&FORM=QBRE" alt="free Christian Music"> <b>Christian Music</b></a>

The keywords Christian Music moved to the front of the code, and turned into a hyperlink.

Is this normal?

Figuring "what the heck", I tried this three weeks ago ... and forgot I had done it. On the two URL's, I didn't see any significant difference in Google or Yahoo ... and on MSN, they both actually slipped two spots.

My conclusion: Even if this worked at one time, it no longer does.

 

it didn't work for me yet... I have had it on there for about a month now and I'm still not indexed

 

Website A: MSN rank 16, google position 24, yahoo position 8
Website B: MSN rank 6, google position 3, yahoo position 5

After 2 days
Website A: M15,G24,Y7
Website B: M6,G5,Y5

After 2 weeks
A: M15, G23, Y11
B: M5, G5, Y2

There you go MSN improvement really small though, probably not because of the link...

do you have to keep the link up or can you get to top of ranking and then take the code out?

Well get quality backlinks..and your site will be indexed automatically...no need to try any sort of trick...

 

What exactly do you mean by "oblivion"?

How long did your SERPS remain in oblivion?

 

Do you work for MSN to be able to say this?

Can you guarantee to replace any loss caused by your trick?

Don't post as fact, what is merely fiction and supposition.

 

It's just a link to MSN. If you're so scared, simply don't use it.
