Website design needed for contracting company! $ Simple/clean

    Hello, I am looking for a simple site for my Contracting business (Painting, landscaping, and more..hands on work). I just want it to have a couple tabs (Contact, Portfolio, Home, About DHJW) and then somewhere on the site I'd like a nice visible button that says Click Here to get a Free Estimate! I want a little news section for updates of our work. Also some text somewhere visible that says Schedule a free estimate by calling. I have the logo already made and will send it to you once I choose the designer. I'd also like a section/box on the main page that has a "WHAT WE DO" part in it so I can say what type of work we do.

    I will need a simple 2nd page for the Portfolio part so I can post before/after pictures of houses we do. This section just needs to be simple an easy on the eyes.

    Please send me all your past work and thanks a lot the pay is $65 to anyone willing to take the job!
