sitenewbie99: I have a few info domains at mydomain. As far I as can see it costs to use the private registations

    BUT

You can alter all the contact information on the domains you buy, so it doesnt really matter. The domains are prohibited from transfer and just create a valid dedicated email for the domain(s) you buy..

I dont know about if you live in the US, but not where I live..

You might have some problems if someone tries to steal your domains since you cant really prove it is ours or it might be cancelled if its checked. So I wouldnt do it for good domain names you want to keep for a long time.

Found this little helpfull article. Just take in mind when you read it that they try to sell their own service. But the information is right anyway...

Dont have any .info domain so far, as I am a bit slow and still use 90% .com. But what is the normal price for .info domain after the first year? I am interested to try!

The 99info coupon at Godaddy is indeed working. Total is $1.19 with the 20c ICANN fee.

This is true. and a good workaround. I think ICANN can ding you on it though.

Estdomains has .info domains at $3, however I don't think it suits your needs.
