You said you are selling blog posts. Does that mean that you are creating posts for other people's blogs or that you are selling reviews of sites with links on your blogs?

If you are selling review posts, then it doesn't matter that you are not linking your sites. What you are selling then is a series of backlinks to other people. If all of your blogs are on the same C-Class then any backlinkto a site, after the first link, that you sell in this manner has a reduced value. You may not be trying to link your sites, but if you are selling backlinks it is more valuable to the buyer if your sights have different C-Class IPs.

If you are merely selling content posts for other's blogs, then I don't see the benefit.

It does not matter. This is common practice among hosting providers to have as many as hundreds of sites on the same Ip using host headers.

If they all have the same Whois info the IP addresses won't matter.

Hell, if they share mostly the same links in common it won't matter either.
