Google's 2007-Q3/Q4 PageRank (PR) Update

It's still basically the same.

 

99 days since last PR update. Man oh man.....this is almost the longest wait between PR updates ever...getting close to the record.....

I got several inner pages updated on or around July 10th. I gave links on a page back in the 90's and I'm not looking it up again. I got another inner PR update to one of my pages yesterday (or maybe a bit before that).

I've seen nothing on any of my home pages yet though, so *shrug*

 

I just remembered, 1 1/2 months ago I posted a PR pool thread:

The only people that still have a chance are godmode (aug 11th) and funkymario (aug 15th)...

 

sunday, have you checked this site on a multi-dc checker before now? It is showing changes, but are you sure it wasn't showing changes on some dc's before?

I see it on all but 1 dc as PR4.

Imminent my ass! It is going on now, as we speak, and has been for over 2 weeks now (maybe 3? When did this one start?).

It's just so damn sloooooowwwww.....

But you are right, does look like something moved... maybe tonight some new sites will get a hint of where they will be after the update.

No, he means 2,500. It was the rank for yesterday only.

And 1 week avg is 2,823. Really great!

 

Yeah I was upgraded to a PR5 from a PR4 from a PR5.... backlinks do count (not the number but the quality folks)

 

i buy a site wide link (it is related with my site, that site is has pr=5 and now pr=0 )
i know that the good content is almost everything but I'm curios what will be the first pr !

 

Did you check across multiple DCs for deciding if it's really pr0 now or not? Anyway, site wide links aren't always going to be a positive benefit, may even harm your site. They won't always bring you the PR you expect.

If you really want to know what your PR can potentially be, find the PR of the links to your site and then use a PR calculator. Not necessarily going to be accurate but will give you a rough idea of what to expect.

My Google links just dropped by 70% today. Lovely. I have noticed some internal links of my site start to change as well, looks like changes are on the way.

 

i believe if you go from pr n/a to pr0, pr0 is what you get, not a second higher pr. oh well, maybe in december
