    well,

#1. I see www.poker88.info to be PR2 and www.444-POKER.COM to be PR5, then how does the domain have PR from that domain ?

#2. Check Backlinks in Google, Yahoo. Go to a few links, and check in view source if the page has 444-POKER.COM in the source code...and I see it.

The domain is valid PR5, and has real backlinks. As the screenshot in OP shows, there are backlinks in all search engines. If any of them was a Zero, I would do the manual check.

Don't go on the tools. Go check manually....!!

Sometime in past that domain has redirected to the domain i mentioned.

Otherwise how can i pick that domain.

And to assist my point please check this link which shows what this domain was doing in past.

    Go here http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://444-poker.com

And check all links listed in 2007 year.

You will see what i mentioned in my above post.

I have implemented different logic behind digpagerank which makes it most reliable tool and it can dig the past efficiently above is just one example.

When it comes to checking fake pagerank there is nothing more reliable than digapgerank though manual way is gr8 too. But you must know which ip to check if you are using manual method.

Remember during pr update period PR becomes volatile and don't buy till you are sure that its 100% valid. Allow sometime to settle down the dust. Specially for domains which shows fake PR and you are not sure why digpagerank is showing it fake as in this case.

Honey, would love to listen your viewpoint :)

Just checking number of backlinks doesn't tell you the truth about PR. You must check whether these links are strong enough to give the domain in question a high pagerank?

Millions of PR0 backlinks cannot give you PR7.
Though dozen of PR7 can give you PR7 easily.

Though i agree that manually checking validity gives you satisfaction. Once you are satisfied no matter you buy lemon or gold.

Mong, I agree to some of your points. I am not an expert. But all I know is when I go to Google or Yahoo, and check the backlinks, and visit those pages, which have links to the above said domain, and these pages are PR4, it does tell me, that the domain has real backlinks, which have been counted by the search engines, as backlinks.

I dont see where your tool digpagerank.com shows this domain as a Fake PR. When I visit DigPageRank.com and check for the domain, it gives me all 5 with some OFF as well. But they are all GREEN. They are NOT RED or ORANGE.

    And your website says:
    Green for valid pagerank
    Red for fake pagerank
    Orange for non confirmed

And that said, your website says the domain is a Valid PR5.

Now, my question is what are YOU saying?
