    I have this site for about 9 months, recently I bought an account lab plus ( netenberg.com/ , The license works for the domain.) license for it, $45 to handle the billing and creation of accounts upon payment, also I paid for a reseller account on a server, I paid for one year. so the site does not have any more expenses for some time, and next year the billing software costs only $15.00.

    I promoted the hosting on this forum 2 or 3 times and I got one customer paying $5.00 a month.

    The reseller account is for unlimited space and bandwidth, which is of course rubbish, but it is still working....

    so if I decide to sell, how much should I go for?

    You won't get much for that. With 1 client paying $5, the website is nothing special so you won't get anything for that. If you rank well in search engines for a good term and have decent traffic then maybe you can get a bit more. As of right now maybe $30-40.

    the license is for the domain. so the license goes with the domain.....

    Sorry but the design is terrible and looks like it was made with a 5 year old using photoshop which just discovered the "inner glow" feature,
    This site i will get a sale, if you changed the design. maybe use a turnkey one.

    I have seen worse sites than the above. The design is clean. Its a matter of personal opinion that you like the glow or not.

    The seller is honest and upfront about the sale and criticism is totally uncalled for.
