Still looking for reloadable virtual debit card

Been looking for one for months now. It's a simple request. I'm just looking for a reloadable virtual debit card which I can fund with my main MasterCard. That's all.

ePay doesn't accept credit cards as funding sources.
Payoneer isn't avalible for anyone outside of the US.
ePassporte doesn't accept MasterCard as a funding source anymore.
Moneybookers doesn't have virtual debit cards.
iKobo's cards don't work for online purchases.

I have nowhere else to turn. Any help please? I've made a topic here before, but I got nowhere.

yes there is..

it called VMI card..

its a US based checking account with cirrus/maestro.. its a more or less debit card.. the functions are so.. you can google it out for more info

you can transfer your fund into it, and withdraw at 210 countries and banks that accepts cirrus/maestro.

i bought this card back in May, and i am using this to take the transaction out of my paypal..

the guy took 2 days to send me the card, and he provided all his contact details plus the mail tracking.. cool heh

Sorry, but I'm looking for a virtual Visa or MasterCard debit card, not Cirrus/Maestro.

 

there is one in my country, but i am not so sure whther you can apply for it..
its called AM Bank NexG debit card.. try googlin.. its a debit mastercard

I have to disagree with "iKobo's cards don't work for online purchases."

I received a debit card (prepaid card) from ikobo 2 weeks ago. With this type of card they allow you to purchase goods. But you can get that ONLY if your sender is from USA.

Ask a friend to send you some money, and you will get that IKOBO card.

 

iKobo specifically mention in their FAQ that the iKobo cards don't work online, only for offline purchases/ATM withdrawal.

Old cards yes, You can use new prepaid cards to buy things. Did you read new faq? they update it....for prepaid cards.
check ikobo.com home page. Why do they make a prepaid card if they don't allow you to buy things?

About the shipping fees. They are wrong. Here are the real prices:

standard incl. in card price: 20$ incl. card (unregistered)
registered mail: 30$ incl. card
"express" mail: on inquiry (depends on location)

Yes, you can. I´am no longer selling them because something happened to an account (it became blocked and was set up in any name for a someone). Everyone can open this account at www.wirecard.com with the info he/she want´s. Everything needed therefore is a mobile number to recieve an activation code. The only thing for this I still offer are mobile numbers to recieve the code and give it to you. This will cost 5$ because I always need a "new" mobile number. I won´t create the accounts anymore because I don´t wanna be responsible for blocked accounts (and in worst case with funds in it which cannot be unblocked). I will only offer funding the accounts starting from next month.
