    He has had other currency exchanges with other reputable members so i just assumed he was geniune. Assumed wrong :mad:

    He can not Open Dispute w/ Unauthorized Access. He can only use Hacked Paypal Account to send fund which results to "Unauthorized Access" and Fund Holding by Paypal. Buying a hacked paypal account is easy nowadays, very easy, I am not kidding u.

    I wanted to buy his Paypal but after a few minutes of Checking Process, I found out about his paypal, so I didn't trade
