Check the sites listed at http://www.addurl.nu/ and you'll find some.

 

Better to pick a .co.uk site related to your product and services and analyze the backlink of that site and find out the free .co.uk directories if there is present..

Out of them -- the first 3 are authoritative sites.
The 4th one is a high quality directory maintained by one of our own.
