Its worthy to get a review on johnchow for $400 only.. He gets lots and lots of traffic. Plus PR juice is another thing.
I can get more pr juice for free....its called a .edu link Sure, the traffic wont be the same, but its F R E E.
Because they're not motivated enough to market their own site. Only has value if its to some educational related site or material ....if it links to a viagra site it has no link juice.....
Of course people click on links mentioned in blog posts. Thats the whole idea of paid reviews on other blogs. If it wasn't successful, sites like Review Me would not have been so popular.
I think $400 is actually good value for money when you consider the level of exposure you're getting for your money. John Chow is big time, and if you get a mention on the blog, let alone a full, dedicated, post, you'll see the return in traffic and readership almost instantly.
I still think $400 is a bit too much. I would go more along the lines of $200 - $250. 400 just seems a lot for a one-time review.
If you have a good social type of site, i would think it's worth it. else, no point giving it at 400$. again it all about niche. but anyone had experience with it?
Have proof of that? See the ROI equation should be as so $400.00 X 1.25 = $500.00 Which is the advertising rule of thumb that for every dollar spent in advertising you should earn a 25% return on the investment. traffic is great, but a worthless measure, unless it produces revenues.
It's a crazy price! I wouldn't pay that money for his stupid review. I've read some. Don't like them at all!
It's overrated in my opinion. Try to get a review from less established but cheaper money making blogs such as Cashquests.com
