Which directory scripts support PHP5, cause php4 is getting removed from most servers

    Hello,
Well a month back i got email from my server management company, saying for www.a1whs.com we will be removing php4 and putting php5 , as php4 is history now and more updates will be available for the same, so i put them on hold as i do not know if all the directory scripts are now php5 compatible and i have quite a few directories on the server.

So, anyone here knows the directory scripts that are php5 compatible ? It could help me decide if to move to php5 finally or not ?

I do not even know if phpld is php5 compatible or not?

Esyndicat and phplinkbid work on PHP 5. I am not aware of others.

    Thanks,

Only David or his phpld team can let us know about the compatibility of phpld with php5. Though if templates is saying it, it should work then... ahh what a relief. :)

I'm also hosted on a server with the latest (I think) php and mysql, not a single problem with phpLD 3.2 ..

This is what I see in cPanel:

    PHP version 5.2.1
    MySQL version 5.0.27-standard

I don't think you need to worry as migration from php4 to php5 has been made pretty simplified, for those that are a little worried have a read here. http://www.php.net/manual/en/migration5.php

    Hope this post helps.
