In my opinion he doesn't ask the right questions... or enough questions.

    rofl.

Threads like this are hilarious. People trying really hard to discredit someone always means one thing.... they can't discredit anything the person says so they go after them personally.

Look here's the bottom line. Even if Michael Moore was a medical company executive and held 50% share in Haliburton it doesn't make anything shown in this movie any less true. People ARE being denied healthcare in our country. Mentally unstable people ARE being dropped off at homeless shelters because they have no medical insurance and no one to pay for them. Go ahead. Dispute either of those 2 facts, I dare you....

It is painfully obvious that half the people bashing Moore in this thread and writing the film off as untrue haven't seen the movie.

The problem with your logic is this..... Our medical system in the U.S. IS screwed up. And that's really all the movie was saying. It was just pointing out that fact.

And for the Republican/conservative water carriers ready to pounce on that last statement, allow me to relieve you of feeling like you need to do that with this statement. NOT A SINGLE CANDIDATE FOR US PRESIDENT REPUBLICAN OR DEMOCRAT IS RUNNING ON A PLATFORM THAT SAYS THE U.S. HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IS PERFECTLY OK THE WAY IT IS..

If Michael Moore is just pointing out what every one of your republican candidates are saying is true, who's the liar? In your little world I guess that's everyone who disagrees with you eh?

Didn't see my post as a dispute to what is quoted here. But MM has said that corporations are destroying this country. I just found that odd considering that he has invested in their financial success.

    Simple really...

I watched Roger and Me when my tax dollars were wasted on it by the Mission Viejo Public Library. I like Mr. Moore's Flint Voice when I was politically unstable (I was in college in Flint) but that didn't last long, I did vote for Reagan.

Thanks so much to the original poster. I loved seeing the rabbit lady and the other subject from the movie tell about the real Michael Moore. You also prompted me to go check on the box office results of Fatso's Sicko, it looks like it didn't do so well compared to its benchmark. It's still a lot of money but to any business man trying to make a buck an 80% drop in revenue and a steeper drop in profit has got to make you feel sick.:D

    Farenheit 911 $120,000,000
    Sicko $20,000,000

My copy of Shooting has been ordered. Thanks again to the original poster.

Maybe that got bored after already discrediting the movie and when you show how a guys life is the opposite of what he states it shows how he is a liar.

BTW, I don't think anyone had to "try hard to discredit him" they just show the truth and that does the job.
