You either have to ignore educators or you have to ignore researchers... I find the former the easier route

Its researchers who came up with the evolution theory anyway.

True, but Darwin lived quite a while ago, and representing his theory as valid doesn't make sense in 2007. You can graduate from the best public school (if it's not an oxymoron) with straight A's without ever hearing of Velikhovsky, but they'll mention Darwin to you every other day. Is there anything wrong with modern science that we have to subsribe children to evolution theory?

Folks, you just wasted valuable time in your life. There is no argument...

Evidence of animal evolution in the animal kingdom is verified, documented and all around us. We have specimens, fossils, DNA mapping, and quite a few other means to prove that different animals can and have evolved from different things.

Arguing with a creationist is about as pointless as sitting here waiting for God to join this thread. In the end they will just fall back on "faith" because it allows them the ultimate loophole.... which is the ability to suspend all logic in order to believe.

So you see their argument doesn't even have to make sense for them to believe... They need to be that way in order for church leaders to control them like sheep.

So how valid would that make the 2000+ year old theory of creationism?
Age of the theory is a metric for judging validity after all, Isn't it? Or does it just work that way for evolution?

The carbon method for deciding the ago of different things is hard to argue about. We also know that layers of dirt/rocks can tell us the age of fossils and they are older than 5000 years.

That's probably from someone who sends 1/3 of his income to his masters! Tell me who my church leaders are and how much they make off of me. I'd love to know.

I am going to refer to you as the guy who uses words 'evolution' and 'evidence' in one sentence. Lack of evidence is probable reason they have to rely on deception and threats of violence instead.

Here's one of the sites that turned me against creationism:

    http://www.talkorigins.org/

Especially recommended; read some of the debates between evolutionists and creationists. The creationists really come across as 9/11 truthers and just spout out the same mantras over and over again.

In almost any open public debate about God, the bible, and or creationism the argument always comes full circle to the believers having to as you said spout the same mantras over and over again. Even when they clearly don't make any sense. They all have to do with "just believing".

In debates where logic is upheld as the primary determiner of who "wins" the debate, believers will always lose. It doesn't necessarily mean that creationism is total BS and it doesn't mean it's all true. The whole basis of "faith" is that it defies logic. SO you kind of have to at some point just respect that and move on. But as a skeptic I will always seize every opportunity where faith tries to impose itself as irrefutably correct and logical to put it back in it's place. The land of make believe....

Evolutionists come across as people who were indoctrinated by a secular government using early conditioned learning methods. Their primary argument is that evolution theory is fully supported by evolutionist scientists and unsupported claims that creationism is unscientific.

Ok, Let's go with that (even though i think you are wrong).
If it's the evidence of evolution that you question, Let's hear your evidence for creationism. I'm not talking about nit picking holes in evolution, I'm talking about evidence for your theory of creationism.

Time and time again the creatrionist lunatics question evolution by nit picking holes and never once have they presented evidence for thier own theory. Even if we assume that evolution is wrong (which it isn't), How does that make creationism correct?
