demonhale, excellent job. I love the creativity that you employed by combining a check mark with the "Q." That is exactly the type of creative idea that I need to visually communicating page "quality."

I also like how you colorized the background outside of the 850px-wide area of the actual page.


I request these edits:

1. "Optimize," not "Optimized"

2. Put an exclamation point after "Engines".

3. Put a border on the entire page (same color of blue).

1. Don't cut-off "PQ" in the logo icon.

2. Make "PageQuality" a little smaller, and the sub-text a little bigger.

3. Don't cut-off the top and bottom borders.

4. Switch the placement of "Not a member yet?" and the PayPal button.

veckd, I request these edits:

1. I'm not crazy about that particular trophy. It's too bland. I'd also like to see a more creative way of incorporating a different trophy, rather than just putting it to the side.

2. The ".org" extension is still missing.

3. Make the sub-text a little bigger.

4. Change "Not a member?" to "Not a member yet?"

5. Switch the placement of "Not a member yet?" and the PayPal button.

2. Change "Suscribe now" to "Subscribe Now".

Yes, the contest is still open. I will take new submissions up to the last minute. As long as I receive a 1st entry before the new deadline (see below), I will still provide feedback and accept edits.

The contest was scheduled to end on Tuesday, August 7 at 8:00 PM, PST. However, I will now extend the entry deadline to Wednesday, August 8 at 8:00 PM, PST because the site was down for a while due to its dedicated IP propogating.

Ariestoteles, I really like what you have done. It's clean and brandable.

I'd like to see these edits:

1. Make the "PQ" image a little more clear. (Right now, it's not immediately obvious that the orange part is a "Q".) Try using the same font (or similar) that you used for the big domain name.

2. Remove the white border on the actual letters in the "PQ" image.

3. Can you make the background of the "PQ" image an LCD monitor with only your "PQ" symbol in a full-screen browser window? (I thought about asking you for JUST a browser window, but I don't know if you could make it clear enough, considering that it will be fairly small. If you can, go for it!) I'm sure that you can do better than the following LCD/browser example, but it's important that the browser window is obvious:

4. Make the log-in/PayPal "tube" just a tad darker so that the white fonts stand out a little better.

Ariestoteles, please do these edits:

1. Make the "PQ" letters on the monitor screen 20% smaller. Then make the "Q" the same color orange as the ".org".

2. Add an exclamation point after "Engines".

3. Put back the near-translucent "tube" the previously encased the area of the login inputs and PayPal button. I really liked that part; I just wanted it slightly darker. I'd also like you to replace the original background shades and placement.



4. Put a small, black trademark symbol to the upper-right of the orange ".org".
