Lets share our anger, if any, at Google. Recently I bought an audio ad package from Google when I saw they would give me 400$ credit. So I spent about 600 on making an ad and running it for a month. At the end I figure they charged me the entire amount. I am angry....
ahhh, never heard it also, why dont you email them and ask them about it, im sure they will have a look and find a solution. $400 a lot money
Apparently they didn't give me any credit at all. I was expecting they may give me the credit when I cross 400. That never happened. I emailed them yesterday, no reply yet.
Google are good at getting back to customers and I am sure they will have a good reason on this. I reckon they'll credit your account too.
Since yesterday was a Saturday I expect you'll have to wait at least another day until their offices are open.. Hold your anger until Tuesday or Wednesday..
yeah keep trying to call / email on a business day and explain , i am sure they dont need to get rich with your 400 usd
I'm sure google must be have made a mistake or something..or they wouldn't charger extra unless they mentioned before?
