Angry at Google

Lets share our anger, if any, at Google.

Recently I bought an audio ad package from Google when I saw they would give me 400$ credit. So I spent about 600 on making an ad and running it for a month. At the end I figure they charged me the entire amount. I am angry....

 

So the $400 dollar credit was no good or they did not give it to you..

 

Aw...that sucks. I've heard about things like this.

 

ahhh, never heard it also, why dont you email them and ask them about it, im sure they will have a look and find a solution. $400 a lot money

 

Apparently they didn't give me any credit at all. I was expecting they may give me the credit when I cross 400. That never happened.
I emailed them yesterday, no reply yet.

 

I don't even want to begin ranting about google

 

Google are good at getting back to customers and I am sure they will have a good reason on this.

I reckon they'll credit your account too.

 

Since yesterday was a Saturday I expect you'll have to wait at least another day until their offices are open.. Hold your anger until Tuesday or Wednesday..

 

yeah keep trying to call / email on a business day and explain , i am sure they dont need to get rich with your 400 usd

 

I'm sure google must be have made a mistake or something..or they wouldn't charger extra unless they mentioned before?

 

heh heh Good luck getting a human reply from google. Consider the money gone.

Um yea you vs the 800 lb gorilla Google.

 

Google has negatives, yet Google also gives me free traffic and fills my pockets...

What about the conversions? How did it go?

 

Oh yeah! Other than getting screwed, how did the ad work out?

 

How about you wait for a reply?

 

Maybe they might respond in a year or two if your lucky though.
