Of course I don't! I don't go around saying "that's racist!". I don't say that the "Black Eyed Peas" should change their names to "Ethnic Minority Eyed Peas", I am brought up to believe that everything should be treated equal, and colour/sex/religion really should have nothing to do with anything. However, my first thoughts when looking at it was "Oh, that could be interpreted as racism". Doesn't mean I found it offensive (why would I? I'm white). That's all I was saying.

i dont think they can, they caused the issue and it has become headline news, so as part of a news issue the image can be changed to highlight it in different aspects as part of discussing a news item, therefore it also falls under the fair use policy of the copyright act. so intel can go
I see no problem with that. People are too obsessed that they find racism in everything. They don't see how ridiculous they are.
