What would you do?

So im just wondering. The majority of the members of Digital Point and sites alike are here to make money and if they can make it big ($900, 000 per month big) But here is my question. Why? What would you do with the money. The first thing? Would you go back, or just retire? Think of this as a fun thread. There are too many people getting worked out about everything :D

I would probably begin by staying with the site for at least 10 months. 9 million dollars would be more than enough for me, and I would then try to sell the site. If the standard of monthly income x 12 applies, then I would come out with about 19.8 million dollars. I'd finish my schooling overseas to be with my boyfriend, first of all. I'd buy a house and set up an education fund for my future children and then spend 100k by sending my mum around the world.

Then I would likely invest the rest in Real Estate, and possibly in the stock market once I have more faith in it.

I'd invest in a lot of gold, because once the US Dollar is worthless (national debt), gold will be our saviors.

If you have a site making $900,000 a month i'm sure you can afford someone to completly control your website, update it, manage it, promote it, etc. Sit back pay someone $25,000-$30,000 a year to manage your site and enjoy your money.

I would pay off my house and pay someone else to run my sites as Netpox suggested. I wouldn't let them know what I was doing to make the money though. I'd keep that to myself. They'd just handle the grunt work.

Well, with such a lot of money, I would like to first buy an Apartment of my own. Then invest in Bank deposits.I would share some with my brothers for their well being and finally but not the list, give a major part of my money to charity.

Invest in real estate. In the long run, land will always go up in value, plus it's good to have a place for a big garden in case society collapses and you need to grow your own food. Ahhh, I can almost remember a time when my hopes and dreams didn't involve worrying about the apocalypse. Thank you, G.W.

    I would hire...

a RE agent to teach me about Real Estate
a stock broker to teach me about stocks

then hire them to do my investing.

I would learn as much as I can..i believe that life is about learning and improving the mind. Knowledge is power you can never get enough of it. hey, after all the money is gone your knowledge will always be with you. I would also travel.

I would hire John Rambo to teach me how to shoot a gun and then take my friends on a safari hunt in IRAN to hunt down Bin Laden :)

I would also like to buy an NBA or NFL team (im sick of fantasy sports) manage the real thing.

You watch a lot of Rambo films :D , Bin Laden is not in Iran , and you'll be shot very quickly and your site will be inherited.
I spend the money I earn from my sites and this is the best thing.

Sites that earn large numbers are worth more and more, and the more solidly rooted the site is, the larger the user base, the more its worth. 12x monthly is not accurate for many sites. Many sites sell for 2-3 years.

I would pay off my house and some of my toys, then travel like a crazy person and move to bigger house. I would continue to work and make more because as stated above, millions is nothing these days, think bigger!!

We all die, and although we can make money, we cant make time.
If you have money to live freely, spend the time in which brings you the most joy...for me, time around family.

You think that you would trust someone to continue to earn you $10.8m a year by paying them $30,000 which with the current dollar exchange rate is what someone leaving school going into a call centre gets paid?

Irrespective of what the sites income stream is to be earing over $10m a year is not a one person job and you certainly would be paying a lot more than a call centre monkey rate of pay to have someone of a suitable quality to run the company in your absence.

Personally I wouldnt give up work but certainly would cut down the number of hours and would be able to be more selective over which elements of work that I get involved in.
