Why I can't register available ?

    Hey guys, I got one PR5 with thousands of backlinks, It got deleted yesterday but still I am not able to register it, When I check its whois then it says available to register but when I tried to register then none of the registar allow me to register and they said its taken ? :confused:

    What should I do now?

    Ya, thats .org domain, can you let me know Is there any way to register it or when it will be available to register?

    Contact your registrar, they will give an explanation or you can backorder it

    Well I tried to register there but they are asking for credit card confirmation and thats big trouble for Indians to get credit card :rolleyes:

    Did you say you previously own that domain name or you saw one which just expired and you wanted to buy it ? If you previously own it, you can always just renew it.

    Isn't there some sort of expiration period for .org's after they got deleted?
    Another possibility is that somebody already snatched the domain but then its weird that its listed as available.

    Maybe somebody snatched it before u and the whois records havent been updated.

    I am also searching the deleted domains, but I can't find any available domains on the array of today's deleted domains - even on PR 2.
