I think this can be suspicious for Adsense analyzers.

G will analyze the conversion rates in the interest of adwords publishers. If the conversion rates are nothing else but normal or even higher than normal, you will never get banned by G even with a 100% CTR.

As long as ad publishers are earning on your sites, whatever you do in accordance with TOS is acceptable.

I'm interested in your custom design, is it possible for your to share with us? :)

25%? Whoa. That's pretty darn high. I wouldn't be surprised if Google looked into that. However, provided you're not up to no good, then you should be fine. :)

Aslong as users aren't fooled into clicking ads and your site is not MFA I see no reason why it would be against TOC.

I have a very highly adsense optimized WP theme that I use on 5 of my blogs, they're CTR usually varies between 25 - 100% ;)

If you respect TOS they won't suspend your account. On the other hand, you become very suspicious .

High CTRs are not unusual for content pages with highly relevant ads. I have a number of pages that routinely get 50% or more. It's not a problem to Google.

    That's true. 10 : 3 is a lot less to worry about than 10,000 : 3000

25%?????????????? That's an incredibly high conversion rate! I think that such a threshold would ring an alarm bell at Mountain View on any website ;)

It all depends on the impressions and clicks. I get 100% CTRs from time to time when I have 1 impression and 1 click.

if the ads aren't converting for the advertisers, your epc will drop to nothing.

so high ctr is worthless if you end up earning half a cent per click.

always design your site for epc, not ctr.

Successful ad placements sometimes can bring miracle success. Interface and design, adsense placement are very important points. i doubled my earning in of my web blog by changing the theme. But %25 is still a big degree for me.
