A PR10 domain is likely to be worth a whole lot of money, and not just because of the PR, but because of whatever content and traffic it has - both are going to be ginormous

 

That would depend on the keywords and content. A pagerank alone isn't enough for a domain to be good.

I don't really understand this.. the pagerank has to do with links to the website and popularity right? As far as I know that isn't the only thing that counts for Google, is it?

Whoops edit.. turns out Wikipedia only has a PR of 8. So I think its just more than a few backlinks.. pardon my stupidity

suzybakeoven, Google "pagerank checker" and you'll find hundreds of tools to check a site's PR - not all tools are accurate though

 

According to doheth.co.uk, there are only 19 sites on the entire internet that have a PR 10, it would be worth millions/billions. Take a look at the sites/companies that have a PR 10:

Why page rank is so important for you?
Its just a number, google games.
Only important thing is visitors, you can have pr10, but if you have no visitors, you cant make any money.
I think pr5 page with 1 million visitors a day would be more valuable than pr10 page with 100k visitors.
