How should I spend $30

I have 30 dollars, and would like to use it to create a new website. It will cost $8 for a domain, so that leaves me with $22. Please give me some suggestions.

$22 on a website is hardly enough, spend it on your rent or groceries.

    Maybe some manual directory submissions.

Well yeah, a cold pack could be a good investment too.

If you already have hosting, go to the Buy/Sell forums and try to get yourself a unique web template.

Take the $22 and hire someone to make a proxy site for you with topsite submissions and you'll make the $30 back in 2 weeks

$30 is not much to work with. That will get you a domain and a few months of hosting - and after those few months, you've got to hope that you're either making enough $$ to continue paying for the hosting or that you've got money from elsewhere to pay for the hosting.

I think the thing to do is first decide what kind of website you want to run, and then see whether or not you'll be able to for $30

Well you could create a proxy, or you could make a blog.
Start a free wordpress blog, buy a domain, get hosting and then just add interesting comments - cash in on the adsense!

Save your money. To be profitable with a business you need a reasonable amount of start up money whether it is a brick and mortar business or a web business they both take some money to develop or if you do not have the money to do so then you will be putting in a lot of work extra to just get it where it could have been within a day for $500

I started out with 10$ which i spent on a domain. I found someone to host my site for free until it started making money. It took me 2 years to start making good money. Year 3 I did over 100k in profit. 22$ is plenty I would say find a cheap server like 1-2$ a month and pay for a few months.

I think that if $30 is the sum total of extra cash I can muster I would save the money. Your might need it to buy food or medicine or some other bill.
Keep the money, start a free blog.
