Hey I need some help here I was wondering what is the best way t market my arcade site to direct more traffic to it? What Kinds of advertising? Myspace? Banners? Text links? If anyone has any tips please I am all ears.
I think banners and text links on other arcade and gaming sites would fit best. Some blogs with game topics will help you to get some recognition.
Social media optimization many people are adopting these days and that's not just limited to myspace.
Know of any good game cheats? Write short "How To" articles about them and post them at a few article directories.
hmm Yeah. I guess I have to look for places to advertise. If I would to go through a 3rd party I would have to pay more for advertising then.
The best way to market is to use all the possible forms of marketing you have access to. The best thing to market before anything else, is yourself.
web 2.0/social, links from and TO other popular arcade sites....then the seo will follow naturally..this is how almost all gaming sites do the deed..and it happens FAST when you do it RIGHT.. hint- look in sites for sale archives for gaming/arcade sites for clues
hmm ok I will do but how does advertising on other gaming sites help yours? SEO?? trying to steal visitors away from others?
