Hi DP Adsense Gurus, I started a little site about a month ago ( or maybe two). I have been getting good amounts of traffic. Nothing paid , other than a few directories. My CTR is horrific. i bet that the epc really sucks as well. it's a youtube scraping site, with totally untargeted traffic, so there isn't much that anyone can do.
I would put a ad between the first and second video. You could also put one between the second and third one instead of ad on top.
I would recommend to ask for that in proper forum section (services) and to redesign your site (set background color as #FFFFFF in the begining).
without relevant content, the ads are completely random, they are not targeted to any specific subject matter. when the ads are untargeted, there isn't be any competition to drive up the price of the click... google is just filling empty ad blocks with whatever is available. you might as well be running generic ron(run of network) cpm banners.
