Some important facts which might xplain you everything India Government Federal republic Despite criticism and military sanctions, India has consistently refused to sign the CTBT and the NPT, preferring instead to maintain sovereignty over its nuclear program. Israel Government Parliamentary republic Israel has not signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and maintains a policy of deliberate ambiguity toward its nuclear capabilities, though it is widely regarded as possessing nuclear weapons. Pakistan Government Semi-presidential republic During the Soviet-Afghan War in the 1980s Pakistan was a crucial US ally, but relations soured in the 1990s, when sanctions were applied by the US over suspicions of Pakistan's nuclear activities. The September 11 attacks and the subsequent War on Terrorism have seen an improvement in US–Pakistan ties, especially after Pakistan ended its support of the Taliban regime in Kabul. Iran Government Islamic Republic Iran maintains diplomatic relations with almost every member of the United Nations, except for Israel, which Iran does not recognize, and the United States since the Iranian Revolution. Iran has come under international sanctions since December 2006, because of its nuclear programme. North korea Government Juche Communist state On March 17, 2007, North Korea told delegates at international nuclear talks it would begin shut down preparations for its main nuclear facility. This was later confirmed on July 14 as IAEA inspectors observed the initial shutdown phases of the Yongbyon nuclear reactor despite there being no official timeline declared.
Those were mostly foreigners attacking India. Like Alexander, Arabs, French, British, Portuguese etc. did India attack any out side country? I could be wrong about it. Correct me if I am.
India had not even decided once to attack any country for gaining resources, minerals or wealth. Indian people do not think in this way neither the indian government have policies of this kind. US on the other hand always tries to find ways to capture the resources rich country. Iran can be its target because of oil wells.
Nukes for all or nukes for none. If one country has it every single country of the world should have it. It's not like the rest of the world have rented out plots from US/UN that they have to live as they desire.
While I appreciate the equality of that, there are extremely unstable governments out there that would use "nukes" if they had them. I like the "nukes for none" approach. We are not civilized enough to deal with such a weapon appropriately, in my opinion.
Before 1947 India didnt exist as a country but different states ruled by different Kings/Nawabs.. And they were attacking/killing each other all the time If you are talking about 5000 years old history.. Then Ashoka - Who attacked other states and killed thousands of people, wasn't defending his empire, was he? The Indian history is full of bloody wars like this...
India should have nuclear technology. India has not behave well with it's any neighbors. They are trying dominate the small countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Bangladesh, Sri Lana. There are lot of examples of this issues. In other hand, if India has the nuclear technology, then South Asian will become instable. If any one country has right to use nuclear technology, every country should have the right.
cause iran acts like an idiot on the world stage.. do u give a crazy teenager a gun in his hand when he always screams and threatens ppl or do u give it to the kid that gets A+ in all courses and listens to his parents u decide, ull pay in the end
lol if india wanted to take over bangladesh, they wud have done so since they cud so in about 2 hours
India has not behaved well to it's neighbors... I see. Trying to dominate small countries, very well lets see. Nepal - Once a peaceful country, now suffering from communist extremists.. India do not have a single troop in Nepal. Let alone in the Nepal, even the borders are not secure. India has a good cultural and economical relations with Nepal And INR is accepted almost everywhere in Nepal. trying to dominate it? Must be joke.. Sri Lanka (Not Sri Lana) - India is helping Shri Lanka to fight against LTTE. We provide them intelligence information and every possible help, try to dominate, must be another joke. Maldives - A small group of islands in Indian ocean. Peaceful country and beautiful tourists spot, if you think tourists dominate a country then yes we are dominating Maldives.. Bhutan - Another small country that seeks India's help always. It is one of the most isolated and least developed nations in the world, the country maintains strong economic and cultural links with India same as Nepal. Bhutan doesn't have efficient army of it's own and it relies on India for it's protection from *cough* China *cough*. So no sire, we are not dominating Bhutan but helping them. now now now, Bangladesh - hah, you are an independent country because India once felt need to help this poor state out. India fought against Pakistan to make you guys an independent state... lol We are catering about a million Bangladeshi refugees since 1971. Dominating you? Yes sire, how easily they forget..... IF?? India has nuclear technology since 1974, and I dont remember any instance where We used nuclear technology to make the subcontinent instable.. I agree, Countries Like Iran, North korea, Heck even Cuba and Nigeria should have Nukes.. right?
I can say a lot about this matter with some proofs. But, we will not get any benefits from this discussion. I want to forget all the past. Now, I want to look forward. I have a dream to see a South Asian Union like EU. I and my all fellows are in Bangladesh, are ready to do all the needed activities for it. This is very much needed to reduce tension and increase economic development in this region. Please think about it.
No, no! But they have the RIGHT to have nuclear technology! I mean, they have Ahmadinejad as their leader, what could possibly go wrong ?
Nonsense. If the US wanted to takeover basically any country, we could have already. Why don't we then? Oil won't even be around in 10 years. Hydrogen cars are coming soon.
