Ok. So here's the deal. I have put these sites up a few times over the past few months and have not had a sale yet. Now I really need to sell them to pay some bills, so starting bid for the sites is $700 which is 1 months profit. The sites earn money from renting out ad space where the ad space buyer places the Coop Network ads (which is NOT against TOS). This has been going on for 5 months now and below you will find a screenshot of POI (proof of income) and I have no reason to believe that things will change. Revenue is steady and has been steady for quite some time now. Reserve has yet been set, but will do so soon. Traffic is somewhat dismal as I have not exchanged any links nor have I promoted the sites in any way as I have not had much time to do so. Just a little promotion and few link exchanges will bring the site a long ways.

Revenue: Haven't really exploited it as of yet, but makes on average (past 4 months) $350 / month through selling ad space and makes a few dollars via AdSense.

Cheats are added automatically through an admin backend and only takes a few minutes every couple of weeks.

I really have not promoted them all that much nor done link trades, but in the past I have had a few cheat codes websites and have done so and averaged $600-$700 / month with AdSense alone.

This is a great opportunity to acquire a young keyword enriched domain with great content and easily manageable with little time.

I bought this site 3 months ago for the number of indexed pages it contained (back then was 50,000) now it has over 130,000 and fluctuates at times upwards of 166,000 pages indexed. This website was and still is being used strictly for SEO purposes.

I run the Coop on this site and weight with a PR2 fluctuates between 17k and 20k, with a PR4 it would be upwards of 30k+.

Whats the point in a lower starting bid then your reserve?

 

I set staring bid at $700 to get things rolling. Hopefully get 2 or 3 quick bids in.

I said I was thinking of setting the reserve at 5 months profit, but I am not sure of that yet and I just want to see how the bidding goes as I really wouldn't want to let these sites go for much less than that. It's a steal as is, so any less than that would not be right for me.

All offers over 5 months revenue will be considered for as a BIN offer as well as I am looking for a quick sale.

@eshkolit: Over the past 4 months the sites have made $79 through AdSense. As I said through the first post traffic is minimal.

Here's the AdSense screenshot. As I said it is minimal. Almost all of the income comes from renting out the ad-space where Coop Network is placed.

It's amazing how people wish to get things for nothing. This site has constantly earned for me for the past 5 months a steady income, I have posted proof of that.

VERY minimum work is involved with the upkeeping of the sites and it is for me at least 100% profit.

If I did not need the money ASAP I would not be selling the sites at all, but since I do find myself in a bind I need to get rid of them. It just upsets me that people bid and expect me to be willing to offload the site for just over 1 months revenue which is ridiculous, because I prefer to stay in a bind then.

Usually sites go for 10x monthly revenue. All I am looking for is just over half of that. I'm willing to part ways with both sites for $3,700. I do not think that this is too much to ask as I've earned almost that over the past 5 months with the websites.

Today will be the last day that I have these up and if I do not get a sale, then so be it, because I am not going to let them go for $800 or $900.
