We are developing a new website called comicprotest dot com. The website is all part of a marketing ploy to call attention to a new comic book coming out that I am doing the marketing for. I have attached the logo that we are using (created through another contest here on DP) so that you can get an idea of the color scheme being used. I would like the Index page to look like a page out of a comic book with each panel of the page being for a different section of the website (i.e. contact us, about us, who we are, etc). I have included a link to a page showing what a comic book page looks like in case anyone doesn't know. http://www.ssa.gov/history/pics/comic5.JPG The prize for this one is $100 ($125 if coded) paid via paypal (all of my contest winners have been paid on the day of contest ending) and this will be a 7 day contest ending next Thursday (August 9th) at noon PST.
Aries that is a great design. It is not exactly how I envisioned it ( I wanted the whole page to look like a comic book page) but it looks great!
Aries don't change a thing ... I really like it this way. I am adding a $25 Runner Up prize to this contest!
Exupery It is a nice design but I am not crazy about the orange background. Also can I see it with images in the "comic" boxes? Thank you!
Holy shitballs that looks good Exupery I'd be concerned about copyright, I mean, how Marvel etc would take to having their characters on a site that was against them, but hey, not my call, and I guess, what they don't know won't hurt them You too Ariestoteles. Design looks great.
