Google's 2007-Q3/Q4 PageRank (PR) Update

I also wait for update but i think we have to wait for 3-5 days before we can see some results.

 

In case nobody knows, The update completed last week : those who are not fortunate enough - same as me - to see extra green are still thinking the update hasn't started yet

 

It usually happens once we stop talking about it
It always surprises me and comes when I least expect it

Right....we all "missed it..." Actually there have been NO changes in the datacenters so the wait goes into the weekend....
Newbies always think the update is "on" or now this fellow thinks it is "over"...Truth is there AIN'T NO PR UPDATE HAPPENING YET....

 

May be my imagination, but PR has changed in some data centers.....

 

Looks like the backlink update is returning, am I wrong? Doesn't this usually precede the PR update?

Well, for several of my sites, the backlinks have gone from the 70s, into the hundreds on this DC : http://66.102.1.44/

If you look at mcdar's tool, and do link:www.host.com it will show that many data centers are showing the new set of backlinks (at least the ones i have checked). I saw the BL update on a few DCs... then it almost completely disappeared, now I see it on many more DCs.

Feel free to check for yourself in both places.

Leaving bad jokes aside I think this update will take ages : my backlinks are still the same - even Analytics!

I don't think so, you've got enough backlinks to get more than 0. =)

 

Although most Dcs are showing PR0 for my expected PR5 directory-- my toolbar still shows it PR---------N/A

This is a really weird one..

Its subdomain was a pr5 this morning..
The main one was a PR7 but orange.
Then it went down to a pr0
Now its a PR7 GREEN

 

i say 15th of august..around that there would be updates in their servers.....which take 1-3 weeks time..
