It's PR3, almost no traffic, 1 year old, domain registered until august 2008. has 20 payed articles! (120$ value) running on wordpress. this is an auction. I reserve the right not sell this if I'm not happy with your bids. Starting bid is $200 It has 5-8% CTR but I don't know how to drive traffic to this site. LINK
revenue and traffic are minimal because I did't have time to promote this site. cca 4$ per month trough adsense. I forgot to mention that it has CPC $.30-$.65 but as I said I don't know how to drive traffic on it.
Your minimum bid is where I would put a BIN price if I would be the seller. No significant revenue and traffic - you are asking for too much. Christoph
I know you said min bid is $200, but I'm going to bid $50 in case you change your mind. =) Do you have any proof of the revenue and traffic? Thanks!
I understand that. No problem. But if you look around you can buy the "same" for much less. What separates your side from the other ones that sell for much less? That's what I am trying to say. I am not trying to be offensive. By the way - you might want to put the Wordpress Copyright notice or a link to Wordpress back into the template as that is required under the license terms as far as I know. I will bump up the existing offer to $90.00. Please let me know if you are firm on the $200 so that I do not waste too much efforts. Christoph
I'm going to help you out and give you a couple ideas that should get your $200 price. 1. First and foremost, go to istockphoto.com and license a few pictures. Having a travel site without pictures is like putting gas into a car that has no engine. It makes no sense. You can license 10 pictures for about $20 and it will make a world of difference. 2. Dress the site up some. It's very mundane. The site is about fun fun fun and not about selling cemetery plots. Also, you said you paid $120 for content, but your wedding post content thread here offered $4.5 per article (times 20 would be $90, not $120). http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=320236 These are things a buyer will look at. Make those changes and you should see better offers. Hope the ideas helped. Good luck.
