Has John Chow been penalized by Google?

    I just checked out that JohnChow.com is nowhere for the his famous search query "make money online" on Google. Though other search engines are still showing him on the front page.

    Its an old News .. yes he has been penalized because of offering the removal of nofollow tag from the comments on paying his some $$

    he got slapped down my the G for buying text links and using money to get people to link to him

    just found out that JohnCow.com is shutting down due to copyright crap...

    Hmm, i wonder if the post they made on johncow.com is made up. As i'm pretty sure i remember a post on johnchow's blog saying he thought what they were doing was cleaver. But iono :p

    Why he got banned just sell paid links.
    There are so many people on sales links on link salesof DP.

    I don't think that is the reason, nofollow thing is old news and he was still ranking very well even after that.

    After that penalty he was back on SERPs by doing some "sitemap" trick. But he has been slapped again, i don't know whether it has happened from today only or from days back.

    Where did you hear that copyright thing from?

    Oh, was it really? I heard JohnCow was on sale..
