Hah. Spread a few Billion - let alone Trillion - around in Bribe money, and Osama and his merry men would have been in jail long ago, along with Saddam.

That sort of money would - spent over a few years - finance an unbelievable CIA Human Intelligence network in the region... a massive help in anticipating and nullifying terrorist attacks.

A couple of hundred million would help Pakistan shore up it's mountain borders with Afghanistan.

    The possibilities are endless.

What I also find humorous now is the excuses,

    like

    a) the war just wasn't waged properly, its all bremer , wolfowitz ,rumsfeld fault, anyone who isn't around now

    b) if we "took the gloves off" we would win, which essentially boils down to killing lots of innocents will help us win, and some how help the iraqis be free

c)Its the liberals/antiwar/liberal media fault, if its wasn't for them the iraqis never would have fought back

anything except admit they were wrong from jump

even some of my relatives , who are die hard right wing people are saying now we need to get out of Iraq and maybe we should not have gone in there

The US is $800 billion in debt at the moment. I guess they could have paid that off ;)

Why do you think they went there for you? They went for themselves, and they don't care what the oil costs, since the consumer will pay in the end.

Don't spoil his dream mate. When he realizes how his country is getting fucked up the arse by the very idiots he cheerleads for he'll be even more disappointed that he was when he realized the Father Christmas and the Tooth Fairy didn't exist. ;)

Channel 4 did not put those words in their mouth. Nice attempt to protect them though.

Live link, for those interested in what goes on behind the closed doors of the mosque:

It would have been best to have never printed or borrowed the money.

The American dollar's value is very low right now due to many factors, but a big one is that it's based on paper and too many have been printed.

Quote of the month, August 2007 :D

But yeah they'll start trying to put patriotic spin on it like the brainwashed sheep they are. They'll say things like "IT'S THE COST OF FREEDOM". And that might have been a solid argument if only for the fact that the majority of our great nation has awakened to realize we're not more free or even safer than we were before the trillion.

But they'll keep on believing we're fighting the good fight because they are told we are.

Toopac you seem to be on a crusade quoting all my posts and posting utterly useless comments. Are you trying to pad your post count up a bit ;)

Don't you like being corrected, so that you are factually correct? or are you happy to spread lies knowingly?

Claiming "channel 4 brainwashers people" hardly makes the argument that AGS would bend over for those guys GTech pointed out any less true does it?

It is nice to see that I am proved right (in regard to the channel 4 show being utter BS) - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/west_midlands/6936681.stm

Looks like Channel 4 may be in even more trouble.

What were you saying GTech and Toopac?

lmfao!!! less competition...you know nothing about the oil industry. The majority of the Oil the US gets is not even from Iraq...the major companies in the US mainly work out of S. America, Alaska, and Saudi Arabia...
